Shipping Policy – Stackers Australia

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Website Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with our Returns and Refunds Policy. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. Errors may result in delays and additional redelivery charges.

Shipping Options and Rates

Stackers Australia ships orders within Australia and internationally. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Australia – Standard Shipping

Cost: $11 AUD (Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD)
Delivery Estimate: 3–8 business days from dispatch

Australia – Express Shipping

Cost: $20 AUD
Delivery Estimate: 1–3 business days from dispatch (metro areas)

Signature on Delivery

All orders are shipped with signature on delivery unless the customer selects “Authority to Leave” at checkout. If authority to leave is granted, Stackers Australia assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels after the carrier confirms delivery.

Processing and Tracking

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, customers receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number and link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Address Errors and Redelivery

If an address is incomplete or incorrect and the parcel is returned to Stackers Australia, redelivery fees apply:
• $11 AUD for Standard Shipping
• $20 AUD for Express Shipping

When providing a business address, the company name and level or suite number must be included to avoid failed delivery.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Stackers Australia takes care in packing and dispatch. However, we are not liable for loss or damage once the parcel has been handed to the shipping provider.

If your order has not arrived or was damaged in transit, contact us at info@stackersaustralia.com.au  within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the matter in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Delivery Disclaimer

Once a parcel is delivered to the address provided by the customer, Stackers Australia is not liable for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage. If the delivery location is unattended or potentially insecure, a business address or secure collection point is recommended.
