RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Stackers Australia wants you to love your purchase. This policy explains your options if you change your mind, or if something arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing.
This policy applies to purchases made directly from stackersaustralia.com.au. It does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — see the Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law section below.
1. Overview — 30 Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is placed to return it to us, whatever the reason:

Change of mind — you're welcome to return most items for any reason (see Section 2).

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing items — we'll put it right at no cost to you (see Section 3).
If a manufacturing defect appears after the 30 day return window, it may still be covered by our 12-month Warranty Policy — see Section 6.
2. Change of Mind Returns
If you've simply changed your mind, you can return eligible items within 30 days of your order date under the following conditions:

Item is unused, unworn and undamaged

Item is in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included

You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Item is not listed under Section 4, Non-Returnable Items
2.2 What you'll receive
Change of mind returns are refunded as a Stackers Australia gift card. Your gift card is subject to our standard Gift Card Terms.
2.3 Return shipping & restocking fee

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved.

A $14.95 AUD restocking fee applies per return and will be deducted from the value of your gift card.
2.4 How to start a change of mind return
Email info@stackersaustralia.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send your prepaid label and return instructions.
3. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If something isn't right with your order, we'll fix it quickly and at no cost to you.
3.1 Reporting window
Please notify us within 30 days of your order date.

Clear photos or a short video showing the fault, damage, or discrepancy
3.3 What happens next

For items damaged, incorrect or missing on arrival, we will resolve this immediately — in many cases you won't need to return anything.

For faulty items, once your claim is approved we'll send a prepaid return label (no cost to you).

We'll offer a like-for-like replacement where available. If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

No restocking fee applies to faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing item claims.
Items returned without prior approval, or without evidence of the fault, will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We're unable to accept change-of-mind returns on:

Sale, clearance or final-sale items
-
Gift cards
-
Items that are used, damaged (other than a reported fault), or missing original packaging
This does not affect your right to a remedy if any of the above arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or with something missing.
5. How Refunds & Gift Cards Are Processed

Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund or gift card within 5 business days.

Refunds to your original payment method may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Gift cards are issued by email and are subject to our standard Gift Card Terms, including their validity period.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at info@stackersaustralia.com.au.
6. Warranty
Manufacturing defects that appear after your 30-day return window are covered by our separate 12-Month Limited Warranty. See our full Warranty Policy for coverage, exclusions and how to make a claim.
7. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude these rights.
