Return & Refund Policy (Faulty Goods Only)

We pride ourselves on the quality of every Stackers product. As our items are not sized garments and are designed for long-term use, we do not offer change-of-mind returns under any circumstances.

However, if something arrives faulty (rare — but let’s be honest, humans still pack the boxes), we’ll make it right.

Faulty Goods

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of any manufacturing fault or defect.

To be eligible for assessment, the item must be:

  • In the condition it was received

  • Unused and undamaged beyond the reported fault

  • Complete with all original packaging and tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To lodge a faulty-goods claim, email info@stackersaustralia.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or a short video showing the fault

Once reviewed, we’ll confirm the next steps. If the claim is approved, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, incorrect or missing, contact us immediately at info@stackersaustralia.com.au so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Non-faulty items

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

As we don’t accept change-of-mind returns, we also don’t offer exchanges. Faulty items will be replaced like-for-like where possible. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and the fault confirmed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to appear in your account.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and nothing has shown up, email info@stackersaustralia.com.au and we’ll follow it up.
