WARRANTY POLICY
Your Stackers product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
A. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty extends to all Stackers Australia products purchased directly from stackersaustralia.com.au, including jewellery boxes, layers, lids, travel organisers, bags and accessories ("Product").
It covers genuine defects in materials or workmanship, including:

Zips that can no longer be opened or closed

Broken internal fittings or dividers

Exterior material defects (e.g. faulty stitching or delamination)

Missing components present at the time of manufacture

Lid misalignment not caused by misuse

Drawers or layers that jam or stick due to a manufacturing fault
B. Who This Warranty Covers
This warranty extends to the original purchaser or, if the Product was received as a gift, the original recipient. It is not transferable to a subsequent owner and does not apply to Products used for commercial, rental or resale purposes.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to make a claim under this warranty.
C. Warranty Period
This warranty runs for 12 months from the date your order is delivered. Issues reported within your first 30 days are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy - see that policy for faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing items.
D. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Cosmetic damage — scratches, dents, stains or colour changes from normal use that don't affect function.

Normal wear and tear.

Batch or production variation — minor differences in colour or finish between production runs, or gradual changes from light exposure or humidity, are a natural characteristic of the materials and not a defect.

Misuse or accidental damage — including overloading, exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or use inconsistent with the Product's intended purpose.

Unauthorised modification or repair.

Products purchased from unauthorised resellers or third-party marketplaces.
-
Products sold as seconds, clearance, "as-is" or previously used.

Damage from transport after the Product has been delivered to you, or from events outside our control (e.g. natural disasters).
E. What We'll Do
Where a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the Product; or
-
Replace it with the same or an equivalent product (colour or configuration may vary if the original is discontinued or out of stock); or
-
If neither is reasonably available, provide a refund or a gift card reflecting the value of the affected item.
This is in addition to, and does not replace, any remedy you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law for a major failure.
F. How to Make a Claim

Email info@stackersaustralia.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video.

We may ask you to return the Product for inspection. If a defect is confirmed, we will cover the cost of return shipping and of the remedy.

If, after inspection, the issue is found to be excluded under Section D, the Product will be returned to you and any return postage will be at your cost.

We aim to resolve confirmed warranty claims within 45 days of receiving the returned Product.
G. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
H. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
