We require that you return the product to us within (14) days of purchase to qualify.

STACKERS will gladly offer a repair, replacement or refund for the item you wish to return on the following conditions:
(1) the item is deemed to be faulty;
(2) the item is returned within 14 days of purchase;
(3) the item has not been worn or damaged;
(4) the original tags (where applicable) are attached;
(5) you present proof of purchase and follow our Return Policy.

We remind all customers not to return item(s) without the original invoice and the Product Return Form.
Any item returned without an original invoice will be considered as an unauthorised return and will be rejected.
STACKERS is not responsible for unauthorised returns.
How long does it take to process a return? Once the returned item arrives in our warehouse, it may take 7-12 business days to process. All returns/replacements are processed as quickly as possible.
Is the return postage refundable? We are unable to refund any postage costs back to STACKERS.
How do I know when my return has been received? We advise you obtain a proof of postage or use a tracking service as we can only refund items that we receive and are not responsible for returned items lost in the post.
Can I return a product if I’ve changed my mind? We are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We will process a repair, replacement or refund if the product is deemed to be faulty.
